With increasing speed of urban and industrial life Process, volumes, types of waste and Patterns of consumption have also changed, To the extent that a huge amount of wastes are being produced every day. Due to the increasing importance of this issue and its environmental impact, the most appropriate policies and best practices should be adopted to deal with and eliminate the high volume of these wastes. Every year, huge costs are incurred for collecting and disposing of these wastes, that Most of these costs are related to the costs of collecting and transferring these waste. Another issue that is very important in this issue, the lack of accurate information is related to the amount of waste generated per unit time. On the other hand, human resources and technologies have different constraints, including time and capacity constraints. Time Limitations that Considered in this study, Because of the nature of the problem, it is related to the service time and the waste collection by vehicles that driven by the driver and several operators. It should be noted that incorporating these limitations while adding to the complexity of this issue, But the corresponding model is more adapted to real-world conditions. In this study, a mathematical model of vehicle routing for collecting solid urban waste in uncertainty conditions is presented. The main decision variables considered in this modeling are: Binary variable for using or not using a vehicle, to be or not to be active binary variable path between two nodes, the amount of waste collected by each vehicle and travel time of each vehicle, which aims to minimize collection costs and total waste collection time. The Desired Modeling is coded in GAMS software and the optimal solutions are presented in the small dimension of the problem. But due to the high complexity of the issue with all the limitations, the exact resolution of this model in the larger and more realistic dimension is impossible. So this issue was implemented by using the NSGAII meta-algorithm. Finally, in order to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed model, a case study of vehicles routing of this type of waste is used in part of Tehran. Then, by comparing the results of proposed modeling and current conditions, solutions of the model are validated.
