Given the history of a decade of resilience in the field of safety, the need for exploration is clear. Safety resilience is said to be a set of measures to prepare for cost-effective and timely response to unexpected safety occurrences, in such a way that recover at the right time for the organization and in ideal conditions will result in a better situation than before and growth. Following the review of the literature on the subject, their tabulation and a description of the studies in the field of business continuity management, research gaps have been identified. The purpose of this research is to provide an approach to safety resilience to the case study of industrial unit paintings in Tehran province, which includes three methods of using the Crisp approach in data mining to identify the factors affecting safety to determine the parameters of the mathematical model, presenting a linear mathematical programming model With the aim of maximizing operational with respect to the weight of paint halls with the lowest possible manpower, use of statistical control charts to survey the statistical combination of stock returns in order to pay attention to factors such as currency fluctuations. The credibility of the results in each step is expressed. As a result, effective factors and an approach to safety resilient system are presented, which can be implemented according to the average stock return process. Also, with the idea of the TOPSIS approach, two indicators for measuring safety resilience have been presented and, finally, suggestions for future research are presented.
