Abstract
There is a great deal of interest in finding new synthetic routes and understanding the behavior of nanoscale magnets which could have important technological applications in biology and chemistry. nanoscale magnetic structures have high potential for applications. Ionic liquids (ILs) as a green soft template have been developed to a central point of interest in both academia and industry. At present, the Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared. In the next step Fe3O4/Mg(OH)2 and Fe3O4/MgO nano composite have been prepared. The structural and magnetic properties of them were studied by using XRD, TEM, VSM, SEM and IR. For evaluation of catalytic activity there is a ¬ simple, efficient, and environmentally benign procedure for synthesis of chromene and oxepine have been achieved by the three-component reaction. Fe3O4/Mg(OH)2 nano composite is a reusable and magnetic catalyst, which promoted this protocol in comparison of other methods and catalysts.
