Rail transport has an important role in society due to its superiority to other transportation methods including high capacity, energy efficiency, safety and reliability. This has led to a lot of efforts to increase the speed and capacity of the fleet. Although the speed and capacity increase have many economic benefits, the importance of maintaining and repairing new systems has increased in order to maintain the safety and quality of travel and prevent high operating costs. In this research, we are going to study the effect of monitoring the situation on the reduction of erosion elements in diesel diesel locomotives and sudden and costly failures over the years. Also, the three U-30 modeling locomotives, the GT26CW General Motors and RUSTON-RK215 Ruston-RK215 models will be tested with oil analysis, which would be useful in purchasing new locomotives with the best performance in Iranian railways. The use of these tools and the establishment of a predictive net for a fleet of garlic will also reduce the cost of fleet maintenance while increasing reliability. Parasitic particle analysis is a powerful method for non-intrusive examination of oily parts of devices. Fluids carry accurate and important information about the device's condition. This information may be derived from the shape, composition, distribution of size and concentration of particles. The characteristics of the particles are sufficiently specific, so that the shape of the erosion of the agent is estimated in the device and allows them to predict their behavior. In most cases, this can be done to correct the abnormal state of erosion without major repairs. In general, timely repairs can prevent costly secondary damage.
In the years when the oil industry has been monitoring the situation by the Iranian industry, there have been many problems with the failure to understand oil degradation and the results of oil analysis, which has created a state of play in some uncertainty industries in this way. In fact, the uncertainty in this method is that it does not use it, and, consequently, increases the cost of repairs and the time the equipment is stopped. This research, based on the high statistical population and new methods for analyzing the elements of erosion, as well as the correlation and correlation of erosion elements by Pearson method, using SPSS software, has a high accuracy in determining the status of locomotives. The achievement of this method can be a breakthrough to initiate a diesel breakdown, and a filter to monitor the situation correctly. Field and practical studies and observations of breakdowns and their prevention by oil analysis by spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy tests are considered to be relatively unrivaled in the rail industry of the country, which can be used to improve the situation.
