Today, artificial intelligence is one of the powerful and necessary tools in computer science and engineering. Machine learning which is the subset of artificial intelligence, is used for different goals such as classification, clustering, time series prediction and etc. Machine learning has effective rules in the field of medical engineering, diagnosis and also forming a CAD for medical images, bioinformatics, EEG, ECG and etc.
Bioinformatic is a new science which is composed of computer science and biology. Advances of humans in the context of biology and creation of new technologies in the field of saving, processing and restoring data lead these to make a common aspects which result in the rapid increasing of biology information.
In this thesis, I investigate application of artificial intelligence in bioinformatic and also the way that they communicate with each other. Concentration of this thesis is on the representation of classification model for bioinformatic data and also prediction of different variables which is related to the bioinformatic.
