The topic of organizational and professional ethics is nowadays a highly important role in the world and in the organizational field, so that ethics and related issues such as justice, fairness, commitment and individual and organizational rights have played a significant role. The purpose of this research is to measure the impact of business ethics dimensions on supply chain management in service companies; the study of the building industry has been done by explaining four hypotheses and statistical data processing using SMART PLS 2.0 software. The method of sampling in this research is simple random sampling. The research tool is a questionnaire. The questions of the questionnaire are of closed-ended questions and are based on the 5 Likert scale and have 27 questions (demographic and main). Reliability and validity of the questionnaire showed that the questionnaire was acceptable and reliable. Data analysis was done at descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Findings from 400 distributed questionnaires showed that engineering, financial, marketing and sales ethics dimensions and social responsibility have a significant effect on supply chain performance of construction companies and engineering, financial, marketing and sales ethics dimensions have a direct and weak effect on supply chain performance of construction companies and social responsibility have a direct and moderate effect on supply chain performance of construction companies.
