Over the last decade the concept of organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) attached to the large impact on performance, and increase staff productivity addressed in the research interset of human resource scientist.
This study explores the relationship between role of job resources (autonomy, social support, feedback, supervising coaching, and opportunities for learning and development), Personal resources (Self esteem, Optimism and Protagonist), job demands (work overload, mental demand, mind demand) and Organizational resources (connections and Work-life balance) work engagement and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior enterprise (sportsmanship, conscientiousness, altruism, civic virtue, courtesy) in Golpayegan Saipa Industrial Zone.
The used instrument in this study is a questionnaire that has distributed among a sample of 215 individuals from the population size by 490 members of Saipa industrial zone staff. The reliability of questionnaire measured with Cronbach's alpha coefficient equal with 0.791 and questionnaire validity measured with nominal validity and construct validity. Sample size determinates by Non-proportional stratified random plan and has been calculated by Morgan formula. This study used SPSS software for data analyze.
The results show a meaningful relationship between job demands and resources and Organizational Personal and resources and work engagement. There were another meaningful relationship between work engagement and OCB,
