امروزه بكارگيري تكنولوژي هاي نوين در خودرو به يك ضرورت براي خودروسازان دنيا مبدل شده است. سختگيرانه تر شدن الزامات قانوني از يكسو و افزايش سطح انتظارات مشتريان از سوي ديگر سبب شده است تا شركت‏هاي خودروسازي براي كسب سهم بيشتر از بازار، برنامه‏ ريزي‏هاي گسترده اي را براي توسعه و پياده سازي تكنولوژي‏هاي پيشرفته انجام دهند. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق بررسي نقش ميانجي توانمندي هاي سازماني در رابطه ميان انتقال تكنولوژي و عملكرد كسب و كار شركت سايپا است. و براي استخراج مدل مفهومي، نظريه ها و مدل هاي مرتبط با موضوعات وتحقيقات پيشين به طور گسترده مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. در ضمن جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل مديران و كارشناسان بخش تكنولوژي شركت سايپا مي باشد، كه از طريق روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده 127 پرسشنامه بين آن ها توزيع شد. و براي تحليل داده هاي جمع آوري شده از نرم افزار spss جهت آمار توصيفي و از نرم افزار PLS جهت آزمون تحليل عاملي تاييدي و معادلات ساختاري استفاده شده است. و نتايج فرضيات نشان داد كه، برون سپاري و انتقال تكنولوژي تاثير مثبت و معني داري بر عملكرد كسب و كار و توانمندي سازماني دارند. هم چنين توانمندي سازماني تاثير مثبت و معني داري بر عملكرد كسب و كار شركت دارد.

Today, the use of modern automotive technology has become a necessity for the automotive industry in the world. Increasing the level of customer expectations on the other hand has led car companies to make extensive plans for the development and implementation of advanced technologies to gain market share. The purpose of this research is to examine the mediating role of organizational capabilities in the relationship between technology transfer and business performance of Saipa Company. To extract conceptual models, theories and models related to the topic of the previous research has been widely examined. The statistical community of this research includes managers and experts in technology sector of Saipa Company. In order to researcher through Simple random sampling method distributed 127 questionnaires among them, And to analyze the data collected through the spss software to descriptive statistics and software pls to test confirmatory factor analysis and Structural equation modeling has used. The hypothesis results showed that, Outsourcing and technology transfer have a positive and significant impact on business performance and organizational capability. Also, organizational capability has a positive and significant impact on the business performance of the company.
