With the advent of communications and recent advances in information technology, competition has surpassed the level of an organization and has moved to the supply chain level. In order to be aware of the desirability and continuous improvement of the supply chain, there is a need for the design and implementation of a performance assessment system in the supply chain. This research, using the supply chain quality management model, identifies the key criteria of supply chain performance evaluation in the wagon industry and how these metrics interact and communicate with each other. Using a proposed model, the supply chain status of an industry active in the industry Identification of wagons and ways to improve its performance. To this end, by carefully examining the subject literature and according to the experts' opinions, the ten criteria are "supplier quality management", "integrated system approach in the supply chain", "customer and market focus", "communication with customers and suppliers," "Management commitment", "Supply Chain Quality Information Systems", "Supply Chain Management Leadership", "Chain Management Processes", "Supply Chain Quality Strategies" and "Human Resources Development and Supply Chain Management" as Chain Performance Measurement Wagonization industry was identified and using the hierarchical analysis method, each weight was determined. Then, in order to calculate the supply chain performance of the surveyed company, for each criterion, a number of sub-criteria were determined using the subject literature and expert opinions. The weight of the following criteria was calculated using the questionnaire distribution. The required information was computed to calculate the sub-criteria and then, using the zero level method and expected level, the performance percentage of each criterion was calculated.
Based on the calculations, the supply chain performance was determined at 48%. This means that Tehran's wagon supply chain has a deviation of 52% of its expected performance level. Based on evaluations, the "supplier quality management" and "integrated system approach in the supply chain" have had the most impact on reducing the percentage of supply chain performance.
After analyzing the performance of different years, using dynamics analysis and regression analysis, it was determined that in addition to improving the performance of each criterion, the percentage of supply chain performance is improved in a certain amount, some of the criteria also have a relationship Increase. In other words, improvement of the performance of a criterion will not only directly improve the supply chain performance, but also indirectly affect the overall performance of the supply chain by influencing the performance of other criteria.
In the end, with regard to the ability to implement and prioritize, based on the greatest impact on increasing the supply chain performance, steps are being taken to improve the supply chain performance.
