صنعت حمل و نقل در همه كشورهاي جهان به عنوان محركي قدرتمند براي توسعه اقتصادي شناخته ميشود. در ايران نيز همانند بسياري از كشور هاي جهان تحقيقات مرتبط با موضوع حمل و نقل و به ويژه حمل و نقل ريلي به دليل قابليت هاي اين صنعت از جمله ايمني ، حمل انبوه و توجه به محيط زيست بسيار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. سرمايه گذاري در حمل و نقل ريلي غالبا بسيار زياد است و همين مسله سرمايه گذاران را براي ورود به اين حوزه با سوالات متعددي و از جمله وضعيت بازده اقتصادي طرح و طول مدت باز پرداخت سرمايه گذاري مواجه مي كند. سرمايه گذاري در حمل و نقل ريلي پر سرعت حتي چالش هاي بيشتري دارد و بطور خاص نياز به سرمايه گذاري بسيار زيادي دارد. بنابراين يكي از مهمترين سوالاتي كه بايد در احداث اين گونه پروژه ها بدان پاسخ داد وضعيت سود آوري و قابليت باز پرداخت سرمايه گذاري در اين پروژه ها از محل درآمدهاي عملياتي است. در اين پايان نامه ابتدا تصويري از حمل و نقل ريلي پر سرعت ارائه خواهد شد و سپس عناصر هزينه اي و در آمدي اينگونه پروژه ها شناسايي شده و مدل هاي قيمت گذاري حمل و نقل ريلي پر سرعت بررسي مي شود. و در نهايت با توجه به شرايط و قوانين حاكم بر كشور و استفاده از نظر خبرگان ، يك مدل قيمت گذاري منعطف براي حمل و نقل ريلي پرسرعت مسافري ايران ارائه مي گردد. واژه هاي كليدي: حمل و نقل ريلي، قطار پر سرعت، قيمت گذاري

Developing a Pricing Model for High-Speed Rail Passenger Transportation Services

The transportation industry is recognized as a powerful driver of economic development in all countries of the world. In Iran, like many other countries in the world, research related to the issue of transportation and especially rail transportation has been highly regarded as the industry's capabilities, including safety, mass transportation and attention to the environment. Investing in rail transportation is often very high and this causes investors to enter this area with several questions, including the economic returns of the plan and the duration of the investment repayment period. Investing in high speed rail transport even has more challenges and requires a lot of investment in particular. Therefore, one of the most important questions to be answered in the construction of such projects is the profitability and redevelopment capability of these projects from operating income. In this thesis, an image of high-speed rail transport will be presented first, and then the cost and revenue elements of such projects will be identified and high priced transportation pricing models will be reviewed. Finally, a flexible pricing model for passenger high-speed rail transportation is presented in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the country and the use of expert opinion.
