Abstract
One of the effective factors on the labor productivity is the economic and social inequalities. The always, Justice (as one of human tendencies and desires) has been a motive factor for economic and political change in groups, communities and social classes. Also, it is considered as one of the most influential components on the human production factor (labor force). In economic literature, employing factors and sources of production is very important in the process of economic growth and development. Whatever, the economy at a higher level of development is trying to upgrade the quality level of these resources through increase the productivity of production factors. Accordingly, with other factors of production, employing the operating agent provide Conditions for increasing production and economic growth. Nowadays, labor productivity is important to achieve higher economic growth goals. In this research been paid to investigating the impact of justice on the human resource productivity in the period from 2006 to 2014 at the provincial level of the country. This research is applied – descriptive and number of 30 provinces of the country has been selected as statistical population. Thus, three parts: Justice in equality opportunities, Justice in meritocracy and distributive Justice was investigated on labor productivity by using variables (development budget allocated to each province, provincial education, the unemployment rate, provincial GDP, provincial economic contribution rate, provincial consumer price index, provincial population and Gini provincial coefficient) by using the tool of econometrics and panel data model, the type of effects of the impact of Justice. Results show variables; provincially allocated development budget, education, gross domestic product and economic participation rate have a positive and direct relationship with labor force productivity variable and variables; unemployment rate, consumer price index and population have an inverse and negative relationship with force productivity variable. Also, improvement (reduction) of Gini provincial coefficient as a variable representing distributive justice increases labor productivity.
