برنامه ريزي اصلي بخش عمده¬اي از تصميمات سطح ميان مدت برنامه¬ريزي زنجيره تأمين مانند تصميمات مربوط به تأمين، توليد و توزيع را به طور يكپارچه مورد بررسي قرار مي¬دهد. اين برنامه¬ريزي يكپارچه مي¬تواند موجب صرفه اقتصادي و سودآوري بيشتر شود. شير و محصولات لبني جزو اقلام فسادپذير هستند و تأمين به موقع و با شرايط مناسب آنها در تأمين سلامت عمومي جامعه نقش بسزايي ايفا مي¬كند. در نتيجه انتخاب تأمين¬كنندگان مناسب و با كيفيت در ابتداي افق برنامه ريزي و تقسيم سهمي از تقاضا به آنها امري ضروري است. از طرفي براي محصولات لبني در منطقه بازار خوبي براي صادرات وجود دارد كه مي¬تواند مورد توجه اساسي قرار گرفته و بررسي شود. با توجه به موارد ذكر شده، اين پايان¬نامه قصد دارد به ارزيابي تأمين¬كنندگان شير خام شركت صنايع شير ايران، پگاه بپردازد و يك مدل برنامه ريزي اصلي- انتخاب تأمين¬كننده براي زنجيره تأمين اين شركت ارائه كند. به اين منظور، ابتدا يك مدل تحليل پوششي داده¬ها براي ارزيابي تأمين¬كنندگان ارائه شده، سپس يك مدل تركيبي برنامه ريزي اصلي- انتخاب تأمين¬كننده با اهداف بيشينه¬سازي سود و بيشينه¬سازي كارايي تأمين¬كنندگان براي زنجيره تأمين سه سطحي شركت صنايع شير ايران؛ پگاه ارائه شده است. در ادامه مدل حاصله از طريق روش حل اپسيلون- محدوديت حل شده¬است. براي اعتبارسنجي مدل نتايج حاصل از آن از طريق شبيه-سازي با نتايج حاصل از مدل قطعي مقايسه شده¬است. نتايج حاصله نشان داد مدل برنامه¬ريزي امكاني داراي ميانگين سود بيشتر و انحراف استاندارد كمتر است.

An optimization model for milk and dairy products supply chain master planning under uncertainty Case study: Iran Dairy Industries Co., Pegah

The major task of supply chain master planning is the determination of procurement, production and distribution quantities for facilities in different echelons of a supply chain on a medium term basis.Comprehensive and cooperative planning of main supply chain functions can result in economic efficiency and more profit. Milk and dairy productions are highly perishable and procuring them on time and with appropriate conditions has a significant role on public health, so selecting approbriate and high qualitated suppliers at the beginning of the planning horizon and allocating demand to them has a significant importance. In the otherhand for dairy products in the geographic region, there is a good market for exports that can be significantly important and discussionable. According to the mentioned points, this thesis is intended to evaluate and select the row milk suppliers of Iran Dairy Industries Co.;Pegah and presents a master planning- supplier selection model. For this purpose, first a Data Evelopment Analysis (DEA) modelis presented to evaluate the suppliers and then a combination master planning- supplier selection model with goals of maximizing profit and maximizing efficiency of suppliers for three- echelon supply chain of Iran Dairy Industry Co.;Pegah is expalined. Finally, the proposed model is solved by ε-constraint method and evaluated in some numerical examples. To validate the model, the results are compared by simulating with the results of the definitive model. The results indicate that the possibilistic programming model has a higher average profit and lower standard deviation.
