Abstract
The purpose of current study is to investigate the effect of integrated taxi information management system on the quality of decision making of taxi managers in Tehran province. Hence, it is important to identify influential factors on the success of integrated taxi information management system as well as key f establish an integrated taxi information management system in Taxi Offices is another purpose of current study. integrated taxi information management system includes components such as software, hardware, data, users, and procedures as independents variables. Additionally, the components of decision quality are speed, accuracy, up datedness, and economy as dependent variables. This study is applicable in terms of objective and is descriptive-explanation one in terms of nature. Further, it is a quantitative research through correlation method. To collect data, library study and field survey were used. Data analysis was conducted by descriptive and interpretive (regression, CFA, t-test) statistics using SPSS and LISREL software. The results indicated that integrated taxi information management system plays an important role in improving accuracy, speed, economy, and updating decision-making of managers in Taxi Organization of Tehran.
