In the present era, the role of information and communication technology in various forms is unconnected to human life. Because of the many benefits that ICTs have in expediting and facilitating various industrial sectors, its services are increasingly used in various industrial and service units every day. One of these units is maintenance in the manufacturing and service sectors where the impact of information and communication technology has created a branch in maintenance called e-maintenance. The implementation of an e-maintenance system for organizations that differs in terms of distribution of equipment can play a facilitating role and, by helping to make decisions, improves the effectiveness of maintenance.
Because in our country there is no research on this branch of maintenance in the present study, we review the literature on electronic maintenance issues to develop a conceptual framework based on the Organizational Architecture framework of Zachman. By adding an evaluation checklist, evaluating the current status of e-maintenance at Shahid Mofatheh power plant in Hamadan.
To analyze the results, at first, the maturity level of the e-maintenance system of Shahid Mofatheh Power Plant has been investigated. Based on the results for the power plant, we have designed and implemented a model for e-maintenance of the Shahid Mofatheh power plant in Hamedan, using the opportunities Improvement of measures to improve the
e-maintenance of Shahid Moffat Power Plant in Hamedan.
