بازطراحي بافت كالبد واحدهمسايگي با كاربست الگوي زمينه گرا

با نگاه كلي به شهر يزد ميتوان نمودهاي گوناگون از بافت كالبد اين شهر را دنبال كرد كه هماهنگ با زمينه و پا خگو به روحيات و بر ا اس نيازهاي حقيقي انساني شكل گرفته اند .بدين صورت رابطۀ انسان و طبيعت به يك تعادل و هماهنگي ر يده ا ت .طراحي بافت قديم شهر يزد، نمود به كار گرفتن د تاوردهايي ا ت كه در طول قرون در تعامل بين طبيعت و جامعه بشري حاصل شده و به تدريج با آزمون و خطا تكامل و به عنوان رهنمودي براي يك زندگي قناعتمندانه و عزتمند كه عي داشته همگان را براي باور ارزشهاي بومي، قومي و ديني دعوت كند، عرضه شده ا ت .جامعۀ نوگراي امروزي، با فدا كردن اين تعادل و لامت كه حاصل قرنها تلاش و همزيستي مسالمت آميز انسان با طبيعت بوده ا ت، بافت كالبد شهر را به وي آشفتگي و گسست وق داده ا ت. واحدِ همسايگي يكي از تقسيمات چنين شهري ا ت كه تلقي هاي گوناگون و متنوعي از آن وجود دارد .اين امر بب شده تا اتفاق نظر دربارۀ آن وجود نداشته باشد .تدقيق لغوي واحد همسايگي، حاكي از آن واحدي ا ت كه ميباشند .از اين رو، ايه و نه چيز ديگر ميتواند به عنوان شاخصي براي تعيين آن باشد .بر » هم ايه « اجزاي آن اين ا اس، هر واحد همسايگي از بستر، فضا، ارزش و تصميم تشكيل شده ا ت .كالبد يكي از اجزاي فضا و اشتراك فرم، ماده و معني ا ت .كالبد داراي بافت ا ت .بافت از پود، تار، بند و شبكه و رواب آنها با يكديگر در موي تشكيل شده ا ت .بافت كالبد واحدِ همسايگي، بافت متشكل از :پود، تار، بند و شبكۀ كالبد واحدِ همسايگي ا ت . اين بافت داراي اخت(هائي )ا ت كه با الگوهاي گوناگوني شكل گرفته و عرضه شده اند. بافت كالبد واحدهمسايگي در زمينه اي شكل گرفته ا ت .زمينه، رواب و همنشيني ميان اجزا ت. به گونه اي قيا ي، ميتوان زمينه را اتصال و هم نشيني ميان واحدهاي همسايگي خواند .مراد از زمينه همان متن، بستر و مويطي ا ت كه واحدهمسايگي در آن ايجاد مي شود و موتوا و شكل را در بر مي گيرد .بافت كالبد پيرامون واحدهمسايگي، زمينۀ شكل گيري آن ا ت با اين مقصود كه تمام موتوا و ماهيت آن در فرآيند بازطراحي مورد توجه قرار گرفته و با اين ويژگي كه در اين پايان نامه، صرفاً به بافت كالبد آن توجه شده ا ت .به نووي كه بازطراحي، كوششي براي ر يدن به ازگاري بين دو موجوديت بافت مورد نظر و زمينه اش بوده ا ت .به عبارت ديگر، برهم خوردگي رواب بافت و زمينۀ آن، مسأله و ازگاري آنها، راه حل اين مسأله بوده ا ت . ازگاري بافت امكان،) كالبد واحدهمسايگي با زمينه اش، جز از طريق به كارگيري الگوهاي بافت كالبد ميسر نيست .زيرا، الگو(ها بهترين كاركرد را ممكن مي كنند .بر اين ا اس يك الگو، شاخصه اي بارز و نجه اي كامل ا ت كه بهترين و كارآمدترين راهكار را در پا خگويي به نيازهاي يك يستم فراهم مي كند .بافت كالبد گودال مصلّي، بخشي از مجموعۀ تاريخي شهر يزد ا ت . ايت واحد همسايگي مورد بازطراحي در اين مجموعه قرار گرفته ا ت .شكل گيري آن به دورۀ قاجار باز ميگردد .از اين رو، به نوعي همگني در آن قابل مشاهده ا ت .از اين رو، بافت كالبد گودال مصلّي به عنوان زمينۀ واحدهمسايگي در نظر گرفته شده ا ت .با مميزي و پيمايش بافت كالبد واحدهاي همسايگي گودال مصلّي به روش ا تقراء، الگوهاي :خطي، مركزي، شبكه اي و تخليطي در مراتب كلان، ميانه و خُرد شنا ائي و برگرفته شدند .اين الگوها مهمترين د تاوردهاي پژوهش هستند .اين الگوها در ادامه در بازطراحي بافت كالبد واحدهمسايگي مورد نظر مورد ا تفاده قرار داده شدند.

Redesigning the Body Texture of Neighbourhood Focusing on using contextual Patterns

In general, the city of Yazd can track various aspects of the city's body tissue, which is in harmony with the context and responsive to the spirit and based on the real human needs. In this way, the relationship between man and nature has reached a balance and harmony. The design of the old texture of Yazd city is the use of the achievements that have gained in the interaction between nature and human society throughout the ages and gradually evolved through experimentation and error as a guide to a cuddly and prestigious life that tried to convince everyone to believe Indigenous, ethnic, and religious values. Today's modern society, by sacrificing this balance and health, which has been the result of centuries of peaceful coexistence of human beings with nature, has pushed the city's architecture into turbulence and rupture. Neighborhood unit is one of the divisions of such a city with a variety of different perceptions. This has caused no consensus about it. The localization of the neighboring unit indicates that the unit is shadow. Hence, the shadow and nothing else can serve as an indicator for determining it. Accordingly, each neighborhood unit is composed of a platform, space, value, and decision. The body is one of the components of space and the sharing of form, matter, and meaning. The body has tissue. The texture of the warp, the warp, the warp and the net, and their relationships with each other in the environment. Accordingly, a template is a prominent indicator and a complete measure that provides the best and most effective solution in responding to the needs of a system. The muscle pit system is part of the historical collection of Yazd. The site of the Neighborhood Unit has been redesigned in this collection. Its formation dates back to the Qajar era. Hence, it is somehow homogeneous in it. Hence, the U.S. pit structure is considered as the basis of unity. With the auditory and sculptor of the body tissue, the neighboring units of the demolition hollow were inductively determined by linear, central, network and superimposed patterns in the macro, middle and micro levels. These patterns are the most important achievements of research. These patterns were further used in the design of the body structure of the unit of interest.
