The 1, 4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives are an important group of heterocyclic compounds that play an essential role as biologically active and pharmaceutical compounds. Many speciesof these compounds are known for their antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory activity. In recent years, many methods have been reported for the synthesis of 1, 4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole scaffolds using different catalyst such as cyclodextrins, magnesium oxide, pyridine, l-proline and magnetic nanoparticles through multi-component reactions (MCRs). In literature reports, hydrazine monohydrate has been used as an initial substance. Therefore, the development of a new methodologies for the synthesis of 1, 4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives, especially using phenylhydrazine, has been a interesting field for chemists over the past few decades
On the other hand, 3-Substituted 4-hydroxycoumarin particularly 3-benzylsubstituted 4-hydroxycoumarin derivatives have been found in numerous natural products. These compounds have applied in medicinal industry, pharmacological and exhibit various biological activities such as warfarin, phenprocoumene, coumatetralyl and offering antibacterial, anti-HIV, antiviral and anticoagulant.
