Children are the sensitive members of any society and need care and support. Orphan children have lost their parents temporarily or permanently for any reason and are deprived of the warmth of a family. Therefore, they face social damages and a reduction in the psychosocial health and have problems such as lack of self confidence, lack of security, aggression and alike when they are building their personality. The older they become, a wider range of weaknesses will be formed in them. On the other hand, schools are one of the most important sources of influence over children's character formation and can help orphan children solve their problems. Hence, this study was conducted in line with the plans of the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training on the children in the age range of 10-15 to enhance the level of self confidence and creativity in children. In this regard, data on self confidence, creativity, flexible training environment, etc. was first examined via library studies and finally, the parameters influencing the plan were divided into physical and mental aspects to create environments with the aim of increasing the children's self confidence. Then the objective-content table was set in a closed Likert Scale to create the questions for the questionnaire. A descriptive survey method was used by Delphi technique in this study and the questionnaire was completed by 17 professors. Afterwards, the questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS. The findings are comprehensively described in the following. Then the samples of the target index were studied and finally the proposed solutions such as designing spaces as exhibits and stands to create job safety and student-centered class arrangements to respond for the children's psychological security, creating extensible and flexible spaces to be responsive to different actions, educational spaces that include different divisions and actions using different furniture, public spaces for children's interactions with the community so that the children can access to the space between the interior and exterior parts of the building due to the amphitheater design.
