كشور پهناور ايران با وجود فرهنگ ها و معماري هاي بومي متفاوت در نقاط مختلف خود، امروز شاهد ساخت و سازهاي يكسان و ناديده گرفتن نياز كاربران در بسياري از شهرهاي خود است. اين بي توجهي منجر به تغيير تدريجي رفتار ساكنين و كاهش رضايتمندي آن ها از محيط زندگي خود مي شود. هدف پژوهش پيش رو توجه به تأثير فرهنگ ساكنين و شيوه زندگي آن ها بر الگوي مسكن رشت مي باشد. با تغيير نيازها و شيوه زندگي، الگوي سكونت نيز در خانه ها دچار تحول گشته و سازماندهي فضايي متفاوتي را به وجود آورده است. در اين پژوهش به بررسي الگوي مسكن شهر رشت با توجه به شيوه ي زندگي در گذر زمان پرداخته شده است. براي دستيابي به اهداف تحقيق، با روش تحقيق تركيبي كمي و كيفي از طريق برداشت خانه هاي قاجار تا امروز رشت و نيز با مطالعات مردم شناسانه از طريق مصاحبه به منظور درك شيوه ي زندگي هر دوره، به شناخت نسبتاً كافي از سير تغيير الگوي خانه و شيوه زندگي متناسب با آن رسيده و در نهايت به تأثير متقابل آن ها به هم پرداخته مي شود. در نهايت نيز تلاش شده است با توجه به شيوه زندگي امروزين ساكنين كه در قالب پرسشنامه تحليل شده است، به طراحي مجموعه مسكوني براي آن ها با در نظر گرفتن الگوهاي بومي پرداخته شود.

Housing pattern of Rasht regarding the lifestyle over time

The vast country of Iran, despite the different cultures and native architectures in its different places, today has the same construction and ignores the needs of users in many of its cities. This neglect leads to gradual change in the behavior of the residents and decrease their satisfaction from their living environment. The purpose of this research is to emphasise on the effect of residents' culture and their lifestyle on the pattern of housing in Rasht. Due to the changes in the lifestyle and humans' need, the housing pattern have also evolved and have resulted in new spatial arrangements. In this research, the pattern of housing in Rasht has been studied considering the way of life in time. To achieve the research goals, by the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods through Qajar houses surveying until Rasht’s present situation and also with ethnographic studies through interviews to have the understanding of the lifestyles of each period, It will recognized with the sufficient knowledge of the course of pattern changing in houses and lifestyle that has been adapted to it and finally the interactions between them will be demonstrated. At the end, a residential complex was designed which complies with the native requirements. The design has been based on the way a certain group of people live wich was analyzed through the questionnaires.
