چكيده در عصر حاضر، صنعت توريسم يكي از كارامدترين و پردرآمدترين سرمايه گذاري ها مطرح شده است و علاوه بر اشتغال زايي و درآمدزايي و ارتقا+ء سطح فرهنگي، نقش موثري در اقتصاد يك كشور ايفا مي كند. برنامه ريزان و سياستگزاران توسعه نيز از صنعت گردشگري به عنوان ركن اصلي توسعه پايدار ياد مي كنند. توسعه پايدارگردشگري، فرآيندي است كه با كيفيت زندگي ميزبانان، تأمين تقاضاي بازديدكنندگان و به همان نسبت با حفاظت منابع محيط طبيعي و انساني در ارتباط است . در رويكرد توسعه پايدار گردشگري با تاكيد بر نقش كليدي نگرش ساكنان و گردشگران به منظور درك و ارزيابي مداوم عقايد، طرز فكر و تصورات آنان نسبت به توسعه گردشگري در مقصد، عمدتا از شاخص هاي ذهني استفاده شده و تلاش ها در جهت بسط اين نوع شاخص ها بوده است . از سوي ديگر خانه هاي تاريخي در شهرهاي قديمي، شيوه زندگي وتفكر انسانها را در زمانهاي مختلف به منصه ظهور مي گذارند و اگر به اين ميراث گرانبها ارج ننهيم درواقع هويت خود وشهرهايمان را از دست داده ايم. لذا در اين رساله با هدف ايجاد رونق اقتصادي از طريق گردشگري طبيعي، توسعه، بهبود و حمايت از شرايط محلي، ارتقاء سطح خدمات عمومي به گردشگران و توسعه ويژگي هاي فرهنگي، و با هدف اصلي آن كه ارائه راهبردهايي جهت توسعه گردشگري و ارائه اصولي جهت طراحي هتلهاي توريستي است پرداخته شده است. لغات كليدي: گردشگري، توسعه گردشگري، هتل بوتيك

The Boutique Hotel Design to Improve the Indigenous Tourism System in the Traditional Texture of Gorgan

Abstract: In the present era, tourism industry is one of the most efficient and profitable investments, and in addition to creating jobs and gaining money and improving the cultural level, it plays an effective role in the economy of a country. Development planners and politicians also support the tourism industry as the main pillar of sustainable development. Sustainable development of tourism is a process which is connected to the quality of life of hosts, meeting the demand of visitors and to the same extent protecting natural and human resources. In the sustainable tourism development approach, by emphasizing on the key role of residents and tourists, the mental indices are mainly used to perceive and evaluate their ideas, attitudes and perceptions about the tourism development in the destination continuously, and efforts has been made to expand this type of indicator. On the other hand, historical houses in old cities display human thoughts and lifestyles at different eras, and if we do not honor this precious heritage, we would have actually lost the identity of ours and our cities. Therefore, this thesis addresses the touristic hotels design with the aim of creating economic prosperity through natural tourism, development, improvement and support of local conditions, Improving the public services for tourists and the cultural characteristics development, with the main objective of providing strategies for the tourism development and offering principled guidances.
