The geographic and territorial zone of Iran is in such a way that it is exposed to a variety of natural hazards (flood, earthquake, storm, drift and erosion, tsunami, etc.), the most important of which is the earthquake. The capacity and capacity of communities to deal with natural disasters may vary geographically. Hence the identification of areas with less resilience seems necessary. As a result, inefficient urban soils that have less shrinkage should be in the direction of guidance and promotion of resilience. Resilience is the capacity of individuals, organizations and systems to prepare, respond, retrieve and grow in the face of dangers.
The vulnerability of urban dysfunctions is considered to be a major issue with regard to Iran's exposure to a zone with the highest risk. The importance of this issue will be increased when it comes to geographical location, political significance and international status, and Tehran as the capital of the country and the largest metropolis in Iran needs special attention.
Therefore, this research is aimed at explaining the resiliency approach as an intervening approach in inefficient tissues and providing strategies to improve the physical resilience of inefficient urban tissues. The central question in this regard is: What is the inadequate texture of Imam Zahra Yahya in terms of physical resilience? What are the effective and optimal strategies for planning physical ablation in inefficient tissues?
Therefore, 14 benchmarks and 74 indicators were extracted from theoretical literature review, and indicators whose frequency was lower in the index documentation matrix were excluded from the scope of the indexes, therefore 13 criteria and 41 indicators were obtained and the indices to be extracted in Questionnaire format with Likert scale was questioned among domestic and foreign specialists. Reliability of the data was calculated using Cronbach's alpha of 0.91. After collecting and completing the questionnaires, SPSS software was used to analyze the data. According to the Friedman method and based on the weight of the indicators derived from the method, the low-level indicators were identified and eliminated. Finally, based on screening, 10 criteria and 14 indicators were collected. In order to thoroughly and accurately analyze the information collected within the limits of Imamzadeh Yahya, Tehran method of centralized group, which is a qualitative research method, is based on group discussion on pre-indexed indicators.
Research findings indicate that indicators of access to relief agencies, passage widths, sensitive applications, permeability, building quality, open access and demographic spaces with electric power supply and water source as the most important factors Ineffective Urban Texture is introduced; and the Imam Zadeh Yahya neighborhood can be considered as a resilient and vulnerable tissue that has a direct relationship with the tissue inefficiency. Therefore, at the end of the research, the executive strategies for promoting tissue texture are elaborated in detail. Is.
