. The organization of the current situation and the continuity of its operations in crisis situations are among the goals of this plan. It seems that upgrading the quality of services in the post-explosion conditions requires a robust and durable plan, and given the history of imposed war in Khuzestan province and the urgent need to provide medical treatment facilities in crisis situations, it is inevitable. Investigating library documents and resources, and interviewing a well-known hospital that has experienced the advent of war in this area, has revealed numerous weaknesses, including lack of capacity (handling personnel, food medication equipment), damage to openings, lack of suitable shelter for refuge. Interviews with staff and hospital patients and residents of the southern part of the site indicate other problems such as the lack of hospital spaces, the lack of adequate space for rest and central sterilization and proper parking, as well as the lack of direct urban access and traffic node in the entrance of the hospital. The research method adopted for the dissertation is derived from the integrated SWOT analysis and content analysis methodology in order to provide an optimal strategy for hospitalization. The modified plan involves hospital reburials in order to integrate more medical facilities, emergency relocation and its inputs, as well as the main hospital entrance for convenient urban access, the reduction of traffic nodes around the southern side of the residential building, and the design of a new emergency room on the floor The ground floor, the underground surgeon, the central sterilization, and the parking of personnel in the underground floor, have led to the annexation of a semi-independent On the northern side. This will result in decent urban and local access in times of crisis, but it can, while communicating with other sectors, prevent the release of other parts due to the proper geometry of the explosion. On the other hand, the use of mechanical moving breakwaters, which under normal conditions create the shadow and control the entrance of light into space, reduce the vulnerability of the openings to the explosion wave during a crisis.
