The pneumatic pneumatic hybrid transmission system consists of a pneumatic motor, a compressor, a combustion engine tank. In this thesis, the new pneumatic hybrid propulsion system is designed to navigate driving cycles. The important advantage of hybrid pneumatic propulsion is the use of air instead of electricity, which is found all over the world for free and in abundance. Also, the complexity of the pneumatic components is much lower than the electrical components. First, a typical car model based on the ADVISOR software has been simulated for use in the GT-SUITE software. Then, comparing the results in both software and examining the acceleration and tensile strength of the verification process. In line with the design of the pneumatic hybrid propulsion system, the components of the components in the system are being measured and calculated appropriately according to the defined criteria. The functions of the system as a whole have been approved after reviewing the sub-systems. In order to determine the effectiveness of the pneumatic hybrid propulsion system, a series of fuel consumption tests were conducted in two NEDC and UDDS driving cycles. The results of the tests show the performance of the system as well as the improvement in fuel consumption. The tests are carried out at the points of the engine combustion engine and the car continues to move with pneumatic hybrid propulsion, which reduces fuel consumption by 18% in both cycles
