Abstract:
One of the most important parts of each research work is data collection. If this is done in a regular and accurate manner, the analysis and conclusion of the data will be done with great speed and accuracy. A major challenge in data collection is cost and time-consuming, which improves to an acceptable level by using a digital platform. But the two problems of lack of participation of respondents, as well as the lack of clarity of the sample specimen under investigation, have made the method very inappropriate in the online questionnaires. Also, in many methods of data aggregation, it is not possible to obtain the tacit knowledge and knowledge of individuals on a subject. In the leading research, we plan and implement a platform based on gamification ideas and telegram bots to solve the existing problems in the online questionnaires, as well as to achieve the user's mental model for a topic, and then use this platform as a new way to collect data from the audience and examine the impact of this method on how we collect data from the contacts.
In order to carry out this applied research, in the first phase a gamification model is designed and then in the second phase, according to the designed model, a platform is developed and implemented on the platform of the telegrams. In the end, the designed platform uses a research that has been carried out in the past using a written questionnaire in the test and testing plant. The results of the collected data from this method are based on the collected data from conventional data collection (written questionnaires) ) Is compared. The platform designed in this research is designed and programmed to be used by other researchers to use this platform in their research.
