railway transportation has a greate role in national economy and its transportation. increasing the productivity of this industry will result in increasing functionality, decreasing costs and increasing income; so improvement and increasing the productivity specially in field of labr force in this industry has always been important for researchers in filed of transportation.
in this paper labor productivity in field of railways transportation has been evaluated by using hierarchical analysis data and coverage analysis.
for evaluating labor productivity of iran railways, after determining inputs and outputs of model by using AHP , studies related to these inputs and outputs from 1380 to 1396 have been gathered and the situation of labor productivity of iran railways for 17 years by using DEA has been determined and finally the neccessary changes have been offered to increase the productivity in field of labor by using dynamical analysis.
in this paper by using AHP, criterions of labor costs and the number of personels are inputs of the system and Ton.Kilometer and the sum of load transportation income are considered as outputs of the system in this years and finally The results of the evaluation of the railways utilization efficiency of IR Iran using CCR, BCC and AP methods indicate that the years 1380, 1381, and 1392 had the best performance in terms of manpower productivity.
for evaluating productivity of railway places in these years , the criterions which used are labor costs and number of personels and outputs criterions as like as Ton/kilometers and the sum of load transportation income; which Hormozgan,Isfahan and Yazd have the most share in productivity of labor. According to outcomes by dynamical analysing , Also, using the input criteria, the number of personnel, the number of freight wagons, the number of passenger carriages, the number of locomotives and the cost of manpower, as well as the output metric tons, km, km km, and the total cargo transportation revenue, the total productivity of the last 17 years and the total area assessed has taken In the event of a simultaneous increase of 20 percent in total freight revenues, an increase of 26 percent per tonne kilometer, and a further 17 percent decrease in manpower costs, it can be expected that the productivity of inefficient areas will be close to the level of efficient areas.
