Abstract:
Nowadays, implementation of different standards in companies and institutions has been increasingly expanded. Taking quality certification along with beneficial results requires expending money. This research concentrates on the study of results of ISO/TS 16949 implementation on improvement of quality indices. The research consists of 1 major hypothesis and 6 minor hypotheses.Used analyses are testing normality of statistical population, Pearson correlation coefficient, Conformity Factor Analysis & Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Data of 217 accepted questionnaires were evaluated by standard, scientific and statistical tools then following steps have been done:
First, the normality claim of data distribution was proved.Second, correlation coefficient of dimensions of research subject was determined as positive & meaningful. Finally, Causative Relation between “quality management system implementation, based on ISO/TS 16949, and quality indices” has been analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
All meaningful numbers of model parameters are bigger than 1.96 and meaningful. The meaningful number of 3.45 between “quality management system implementation, based on ISO/TS 16949, and “quality indices” shows the positive and meaningful causative relation between these parameters. Therefore major hypothesis is approved and it’s possible to state that improvement of “quality management system implementation, based on ISO/TS 16949” in related population within 95% confidence level makes promotion of “quality indices”.
All minor hypotheses have been proved by using similar analysis method.
