In designing a supply chain, many factors play role, and in each supply chain the main objective is to optimize the problem of profit or cost and from the perspective of one of the main elements of the supply chain. In the supply chain issues that flow in the real world, it is scarcely possible to claim that all parameters are deterministic, so as to the real monitoring of supply chain issues, uncertainties must be seen in these issues. Because of this in this paper we consider two different types of uncertainty in first type due to historical data of transportation costs a stochastic optimization implemented and in second type because of rare data about demands and defected goods for new product a robust optimization implemented and finally a hybrid robust-stochastic optimization has been used for modelling the problem.
In designing of various parts of supply chain, there are always several parts of supply chain that point out the attention to risk considerations. The purpose of this study is to involve risk measures in the range of supply chain issues. For this two part of benefits of a company considered, first part is a benefit that company achieve due to purchasing raw material from optimal suppliers with considering discounts, second part is a benefit that company achieves due to remanufacturing defected products that retailer return. For this two benefits we control the risk with using CVaR criterion. Finally for numerical analysis the purposed model has been implemented in one of the important companies in electrical motor industry of Iran.
