Abstract:
Regarding the full-scale economic warfare against the Islamic Republic of Iran and, consequently, the threat of multiple impacts on Iranian organizations, the general policies of resistive economy should be considered as a road map to confront the crises and to acquire economic capability of organizations. Therefore, the attention and focus of the research is on designing a model for assessing the extent to which requirements of resistive economy are realized at the level of state-owned manufacturing organizations. A model that in addition to assessing the performance of a state-owned manufacturing organization to meet the requirements of a resistive economy and identifying the status quo, based on the identified functional gaps and the pattern of relationships between the primary and secondary criteria, can be used for strategic choice of improvement programs and projects to achieve the requirements of resistive economy.
In this research, the data were collected through reviewing and studying library resources, documents, and in addition to using the focus group technique as a complementary method, thematic analysis method was adopted and the base codes, sub-criteria (basic themes), and the criteria for the model (organizing themes) were specified. Then, using the Structural-Interpretative Modeling (ISM) approach, the main criteria identified were addressed to 25 members of the statistical population in the form of a questionnaire and based on which the relations between the criteria and severity of influence or dependence of each criterion were determined.
This research attempts to address all aspects of the resistive economy as a contemporary version of the Islamic economic system. This model consists of seven main criteria in four levels. At the first level, the criteria of "Resistive Organizational Culture", "Planning, Leadership, and Management" and "Human Capital Management", at the second level of the model, are the "Knowledge Management, Technology and Innovation" criteria, at the third level of the model, the "readiness and Organizational Resilience" and "Production Management and Productivity Improvement", and at the fourth level, the criterion of "business offshoring" has been considered as the ultimate criterion of the model, which indicate that the maturity of an organization in the field of resistive economy, is based on competitive power, dynamic marketing, export development and market share expansion.
At the end, some suggestions such as "designing the national standard of organizational preparation and resilience from the standpoint of resistive economy" and "evaluation of organizations using the criteria presented in this study, which indicate the extent of realization of the requirements of the resistive economy", are presented in order to observe the existing status of Iranian organizations.
