چكيده هدف اصلي پژوهش بررسي ميزان تاثير توانمند سازي بر كارآفريني و ايجاد خلق ثروت در شركتهاي نوپا ميباشد . اين تحقيق از نظر دسته بندي تحقيقات بر حسب نحوه گردآوري داده ها (طرح تحقيق)، تحقيقي توصيفي به شمار مي آيد كه به توصيف ويژگي‏هاي نمونه و سپس تعميم اين ويژگي ها به جامعه آماري پرداخته است. در اين پژوهش براي جمع آوري دادهها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده خواهد شد. در واقع اين تحقيق به دنبال جمع آوري اطلاعات براي توصيف شرايط موجود و آزمون فرضيه براي پاسخگويي به سؤالات پژوهش است. در حال حاضر اسنپ با بيش از ۵۰۰ پرسنل تمام وقت، سيصد هزار كاربر به‌ عنوان راننده و ده ميليون كاربر به‌عنوان مسافر توانسته به يكي از سيستم‌هاي حمل و نقل هوشمند در شهرهاي ايران تبديل شود. جهت نمونه گيري از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده استفاده شد و حجم نمونه به دليل بالا بودن جامعه آماري، جز جامعه نامعلوم محسوب شد. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد كه بين توانمند سازي كاركنان و كارآفريني سازماني رابطه معناداري وجود دارد 0.05) ( p.value؛ همچنين نتايج حاصل از تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد كه متغيير توانمند سازي (675/0= B) با اطمينان 99/0 مي‌تواند تغييرات مربوط به كارآفريني سازماني را پيش‌بيني كند. كلمات كليدي: توانمندسازي، كارآفريني، خلق ثروت، استارتاپ

Investigating the Impact of Human Resource Empowerment in Entrepreneurship and Creating Wealth (Case Study: Startups)

Abstract The main aim of the research is to investigate the impact of empowerment on entrepreneurship and create wealth creation in emerging companies. This research is a descriptive study in terms of research categorization based on the data collection method (research design), which describes the characteristics of the sample and then generalizes these characteristics to the statistical society. In this research, a questionnaire will be used to collect data. In fact, this research seeks to gather information to describe the existing conditions and test the hypothesis to answer research questions. At present, with more than 500 full-time staff, 300,000 users as drivers and 10 million user-friendly passengers have become one of the smart transportation systems in the cities of Iran. Simple random sampling method was used for sampling. Sample size was considered uncertain due to the high statistical population. The results of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between empowerment of employees and organizational entrepreneurship (p.value; also, the results of regression analysis showed that empowerment variable (B = 0. 675) with confidence of 0.99 It can predict organizational entrepreneurial changes.
