The importance of using recycled materials is due to the limited resources and contamination caused by the accumulation of materials and the move towards sustainable development.Due to the aging of bitumen in the asphalt mix in over time, the use of pavement for recycled materials should be used by rejuvenators to enhance the quality of asphalt mixtures.
In this research, three types of rejuvenators were used for aging, short-term and long-term, and without aging, asphaltic mixtures containing 50% recycled materials.Evaluation of the effect of rejuvenating agents on the performance of asphaltic mixtures with low asphaltene to bitumen properties and to study the aging process After reconstructing asphaltic mixtures, moisture sensitivity, modulus of roughness, creep and fracture tests were performed on short-term and long-term samples. Results indicate that the aging process of young asphalt-treated asphalt samples is faster than the aging process of asphalt-free samples, while among rejuvenators, the waste cooking oil and Rapiol have the highest recovery rates. and the effectiveness of its life.
