In recent years, with the advancements in science and technology, the industry has become increasingly dependent on eqipment. So, depending on the type of equipment, being aware of what type of failure is occurring in every equipment can be very useful to develop an effective maintenance plan. Also, by achieving the knowledge of common failure types of any equipment, measures can be taken to deal with the occurrence of these exhaustions, or they can be eliminated in general. This study was carried out in the compressed air section of the Executive Directorate of Gas and Compressed Air Facilities of IranKhodro Industrial Group. The purpose of this study is to identify common emergencies and risk assessments for the three Ingersoll Rand Centac, Atlas Copco ZR4 and Atlas Copco ZR200 Compressor models. After identifying the existing risk priorities by calculating RPN for each extinction after the FMEA, research was conducted on the actual factors of high risk aversion. The disruptions that could be resolved were resolved, and the rest of the disasters that could not be resolved by equipment were investigated and the best equipment was chosen for them. After performing the above, this research focused on studying management and maintenance indicators in order to change the method of calculating the OEE index that was commonly used for manufacturing systems and could be used to make it aware Use the compressor performance status. Maintenance features such as MTTF and MTBF have been used to improve the interpretation of the status of each equipment.
