چكيده: با شروع ايات پروژه، وااعيتي پنهان به نام تغيير همزمان و در راستاي انجام فعاليتهاي پروژههاي عمراني به منظور انحراف در اهداف پروژه قزمان، هزينه و كيفيت( با ماهيت دروني يا بيروني پروژه آشكار ميشود. كه جهت جلوگيري از تاثيرات منفي تغييرات، در اهداف برنامه ريزي شده پروژه نيازمند شناسايي و مديريت توسط عوامل پروژه ميباشند. در مطالعه ااضر، كه بر پايه روشهاي آماري صورت گرفته، تعداد 14 فاكتور از داليل دستور تغييرات كه در پروژههاي عمراني شاي و پرتكرار ميباشند، در سه گروه: فني و طرااي، مالي و اراردادي و مديريتي ارار داده شدند. انتخاب اي داليل برگرفته، از ادبيات موضوعي در اوزه صنعت ساخت بوده است. بر اي اساس، پرسش نامهاي طرااي گرديد و فاكتورها نسبت به هم در اثرگذاري بر اهداف پروژه مقايسه زوجي شدند. پرسش نامه تنظيمي در اختيار 83 نفر از متخصصان با تجربه كه در پروژههاي عمراني فعاليت مستمر داشتند، ارار گرفت. پس از جم آوري اطالعات، از روشهاي آماري، همانند ميانگي هندسي، تحليل سلسله مراتبي و نرم افزارهاي مربوطه، نتايج مطالعه بدست آمد. در اي تحقيق مشخص شد داليل دستور تغيير ميتواند تأثير يكساني بر زمان، هزينه و كيفيت نداشته باشد. فاكتورهاي، »مشكالت مالي كارفرما« و »نوسانات در هزينه توسط پول رايج كشور« از داليل مهم تاثيرگذاري، بر اهداف پروژه در اي تحقيق بودند. كلمات كليدي: تغيير، پروژههاي عمراني، اهداف پروژه، تحليل سلسله مراتبي.

Investigating and identifying change orders factors and ranking their impact relative to project's objectives in construction industry projects

Abstract With the start of the project life, a fact called variation (change) synchronization, in the direction of project activities, intent variance in project’s objectives (time-cost-qualify) with the nature of the project’s internal or external nature, is appeared to prevent the negative effects of changes in the planned goals of the project need to be identified and managed. In the present study, based on statistical methods, 14 factors for change orders that are common and frequent in construction industry projects were divided in to three groups: 1. Design and technical 2. Financial and contractual 3. Management, factors. The choice of these factors drives from literature review in field of construction industry. On the base, the questionnaire was designed and the Factors were pair-wise compared in terms of impact on the project’s objectives. The questionnaire continuously engaged in construction in dusty projects. After collecting the data, statistical methods such as, geometric mean, AHP and “expert choice” software were obtained. In the study, found that the reasons for the change order could not have the same effect on time, cost and quality. Factors, "owner financial problems" and "Fluctuations in cost by the current currency" were important factors influencing the project goals in this research.
