In today's competitive environment, continuous organizational change is considered one of the pathways to growth and development, and organizations must maintain their readiness for continuous change and provide a high degree of resilience. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of inter-organizational communication on improving the reaction of the staff of the National Engineering and Oil Company to organizational change. The purpose of this research was applied and its method was survey descriptive. For this purpose, a questionnaire with 31 questions based on the seven-fold Likert scale and the standard type as the main tool for collecting data was developed. Its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (to The sequence for the intra-unit communication variable and employee response to change was equal to 852.0 and 774.0). To this end, 101 experts and employees of the National Iranian Oil and Gas Engineering Company were randomly selected. Then, the collected data was analyzed using SPSS software using Pearson's correlation and path analysis.
Chapter 1 summarizes the design of the research, including the need for research, the research objectives, research questions, research hypotheses, research scope, and research methodology. In the second chapter, organizational communication has been investigated and categorized by the findings of other researchers and the identification of research gaps in the field of organizational change and change. In the third chapter, we examine the methodology of the research as well as the information gathering tool and its validity and reliability. In the fourth chapter, descriptive analysis of data, inferential analysis and test hypothesis testing are expressed. In Chapter 5, the results of each hypothesis are expressed in terms of the reasons and results of each hypothesis.
The results indicate that all 6 research hypotheses were approved. In this way, all components of communication within the unit (level of communication, coordination and participation) are effective on improving the two components of employee response (behavioral and emotional responses).
