Today, Video Game Industry is considered one of the most lucrative industries among others in the world. Since video game organizations gain a high level of profit with a minimum level of cost, this industry is able to produce a large number of jobs for the youth that is one of the most notable features of a resistive economy. Focusing on video game organizations as small and medium-sized enterprises in this research, we tried to design a model to evaluate the maturity of these organizations. Accordingly, it was necessary to identify the key factors of success in these organizations; to do so, For this purpose, key indicators and components were identified based on the literature review. Then, these indicators were approved by the experts. In the following, the indicators and components that obtain by the experts viewpoints were added to the initial model. Henceforths, a questionnaire was designed based on the hierarchical model and the indicators achived. The statistical population of this research are all managers and specialists of the digital gaming industry in Iran. Some of the people (smaple=70) were selected by Cluster random sampling method, the returen rate was 45 questionnaire questioned. The indices and components were ranked by fuzzy hierarchical analysis method (Fuzzy AHP). Four main indicators and 31 components were identified. After ranking, the component of the technology in the index of technology and management infrastructure, the artistic component of the game in the game development index, the component of the strategy of earnings in the index of business performance and the component of the game socialization in the index of capabilities and capabilities of the gamewere selected as the first ranks of each index. In addion to, the Maturity Maturity Model (CMM) has been used to measure puberty.
