اﻳﻤﻨﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻳﻚ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم و روش ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﻄﺮات در راﺳﺘﺎي ﺣﻔﻆ ﺟـﺎن اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻬﺎ و ﺟﻠـﻮﮔﻴﺮي از ﺧﺴـﺎرات و ﺻـﺪﻣﺎت از آﻏـﺎز ﭘﻴﺪاﻳﺶ در ﺣﺎل ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ و ﮔﺬار ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. با توجه به خطرات ثابت شده در عدم ايمني به وسيله عواملي از قبيل تجهيزات و ماشين آلات، نيروي انساني و ايمني محيط كارگاه، پرداخت به موضوع تقويت ايمني در كارگاه‌ها بسيار حائز اهميت است كه در تحقيق حاضر تاثير عوامل مذكور بر ايمني كارگاه در يكي از صنايع مهم كشور مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در اين پژوهش به منظور بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر ايمني نيروي كار در پروژه هاي ساخت با درنظرگيري اندركنش بين آنها در شركت پايانه هاي نفتي ايران با استفاده از مصاحبه با خبرگان و همچنين توزيع پرسشنامه در بين جامعه آماري، اطلاعات لازم جمع آوري گرديد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل 10 نفر از مديران ارشد شركت پايانه هاي نفتي، مديران HSE و كارشناسان HSE مي‌باشد. در اين تحقيق، ابزار جمع آوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه مي باشد كه اين پرسشنامه به منظور سنجش روابط علي ومعلولي و بر مبناي DEMATEL شكل گرفته است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه تأثيرگذارترين عوامل عدم كنترل بازرسي موقعيت‌هاي خطر آفرين در حين كار، استفاده از ماشين‌آلات و تجهيزات نامتناسب با نوع كار و نداشتن تخصص در زمينه شغلي مي‌باشند. از طرفي ديگر مهمترين عوامل مؤثر بر ايمني نيروي كار در پروژه‌هاي ساخت با درنظرگيري اندركنش بين آن¬ها به ترتيب عدم كنترل بازرسي موقعيت‌هاي خطر آفرين در حين كار، اولويت دادن به اهداف تجاري به جاي توجه به مسائل ايمني و عملكرد نامناسب سيستم‌هاي نظارتي مي‌باشند. كلمات كليدي: ايمني، نيروي كار، پروژه هاي عمراني، شركت پايانه هاي نفتي ايران

Analysis of factors affecting workforce in construction project by considering interactions between them (Case Study: Iranian Oil Terminal Company )

Safety as a concept and method of Confront with risks in order to protect human lives and prevent damage and injuries from the onset of a changing transition. Considering the dangers of insecurity due to factors such as equipment and machinery, manpower and the safety of the workshop environment, paying attention to the issue of strengthening the safety of workshops is very important. In the present study, the impact of the factors on the safety of the workshop in one of the Major industries of the country have been investigated. In this research Using the interviews with experts and distributing the questionnaires, the necessary statistical information was gathered to investigate the factors affecting the safety of workforce in construction projects considering the interaction between them at the Iranian Oil Terminals Company .The statistical population of this study includes 10 people including senior managers of the Iranian Oil Terminals Company, HSE managers, HSE experts. In this research, a questionnaire was used to collect data. This questionnaire was designed to measure causal relationships based on DEMATEL. On the other hand, the most important factors affecting the safety of workforce in construction projects, considering the interaction between them, is the lack of control over the inspection of hazardous situations during work, to prioritize commercial objectives, rather than paying attention to safety issues and inappropriate performance of monitoring systems.
