Not paying attention to this, It will increase the cost of repairing devices and Will cause them to be over-depreciated , a sudden breakdown , Inability to provide services and high financial losses. Increasing profits in an organization involves performing operations at a minimum cost. Proper management of these assets will greatly reduce the operating costs in organizations whose machines and equipment make up a significant amount of capital. it is better to examine these issues simultaneously , Because the inventory level of spare parts often depends on maintenance policies. In this thesis, we present a suitable model for determining the optimal intervals for preventive maintenance operations, taking corrective repairs into account, as well as determining the optimal amount of inventory at the same time. The overall goal is to optimize cost minimization and increase the availability of equipment in conjunction. The MATLAB software is used for optimization. Finally, using an example of how to implement the proposed model, it is indicated that after that, the results are discussed.
