Uusually the role of metals in various industries have been clear . According to this, steels had more obvious roles. The Stainless steel 316L which has principle and intrinsic applications in different industries in aerospace, watch making, shipping and so on , choosed as the fundamental sample in order to creating nano and microstructures on their surface .In the beginning , the inducted nano and microstructures have been produced iregularly by Ultrashort pulsed Ti:Sph laser . In continuous , the role of surface nano and microstructures on the polarizarion characterstices of the light and also the reflection and scattering of the He-Ne laser from this surfaces have been studied experimentally and then by polarimetry method , the Mueller matrix for the samples has been derived .According to the results of Mueller matrix , suite industrial and research applications of this samples presented.It is worth to noting that the Mueller matrix of this samples have satisfied agreement with polarizer Mueller matrix.
