The dissertation is reviewed in hotel hospitals and cancer hospitals. The materials discussed in this thesis include design standards in two different departments of the Cancer Hospital (care, diagnosis, treatment, etc.) as well as a variety of hoteling techniques in the hospital. Given that the need for staying in the hospital is different from cancer and cancer patients. According to studies, the combination of these two types of hospitals with a healing environment approach (the impact of the environment on residences and patients) is an appropriate way to improve the treatment process that meets the needs of patients for accompanying companions. In the planning and design sector, according to the needs of patients, new spaces are introduced and planned that respond well to the needs of patients (having social and social connections) and companions (having accommodation and social communication), which leads to improvement The treatment process for cancer patients and reduce the stress and strain of fellows. The designing site of Tehran is the 22nd district. The hospital hotel design was designed only in the hospital (Hotel not designed). The entire hospital is presented in the form of a zoning, and only the admission section is presented in detail with design. The method of data collection in this research is a library method (study of books, articles and Internet resources). an‎d the method of analyzing and judging data is analytical, deductive and descriptive. The design criteria have been done according to caregivers and needs of users (patients), which is briefly summarized as follows: 1. Patients' need for companion during the treatment (for long-term admission) 2.Division of care zones based on the duration of treatment 3.Design based on the healing environment approach in the hospital The purpose of the project is to estimate the need for patients to have cancer together during the treatment process and to meet the needs of companions for staying with patients and communicating with other people and medical staff. The project's achievements are to achieve the design of new modules in the hospital, especially in the area of admission of bone marrow transplantation and the design of living space for entourage in the hospital admission area for transplantation of bone marrow, healing patients, and the VIP section and the space for social communication for patients and companions.
