طراحي بخش بستري اعصاب و روان با تاكير بر نور طبيعي

چكيده سلامتي به منظور ادامه حيات و نيز افزايش كيفيت زندگي هميشه براي انسان يكي از اولويت¬هاي اصلي زندگي به حساب مي¬آمده است. در دنياي امرروز زندگي در جوامع صنعتي و ماشيني، و به تبع معضلات آن سلامت روح و روان انسان آرامش او در كنار آسايش را مورد تهديد قرار مي¬دهد. اما بخش بزرگي از سلامت انسان كه اغلب كمتر از سلامت جسمي به آن توجه مي¬شود، مرتبط با سلامت روح و روان اوست. اين پژوهش با تمركز بر بيماري هاي اعصاب و روان اهدافي را دنبال مي-كند، كه اولا ايمني بيمار تامين گردد؛ همچنين سرپرستي و نظارت بر بيماران به بهترين وجه انجام شود و ايجاد فضايي كه موجب افزايش آرامش و آسايش در بيماران شده و آنها را در رسيدن به تعادل روحي و در نهايت تسريع روند بهبودي ياري مي¬كند. در طراحي مراكز بهداشت و درماني، به خصوص مراكز روان درماني به دليل اهميت بالاي ماهيت كاربري آن كه با سلامت جسم و روح انسان در ارتباط است و نيز حاكم بودن روابط عملكردي درآن، توجه به الزامات طراحي مناسب نقش حياتي دارد. يكي از اين الزامات توجه به كنترل عوامل محيطي آزار دهنده و تقويت عوامل محيطي مفيد در درمان بيماران، است. ديگر عامل مهم در بيمارستان¬ها كه استفاده صحيح از آن باعث تسريع در روند بهبودي بيماران است، استفاده مناسب از نور طبيعي است. پژوهش حاضر در صدد است تا با اتكا بر منابع كتابخانه¬اي معتبر، بررسي نمونه هاي موردي در ايران و جهان و مصاحبه با افراد مرتبط، ضوابط و اصول جديد و به روز شده در طراحي بخش¬هاي اعصاب و روان و نيز ويژژگي¬هاي نور طبيعي مناسب در فضاهاي درماني را شناسايي كرده و سپس يك بخش بستري اعصاب و روان با تاكيد بربهره-مندي از نور طبيعي طراحي كند و راه¬كارهاي كالبدي در اين زمينه ارائه دهد. اين پژوهش تحقيقي كاربردي است، كه با جمع آوري اطلاعات مربوط به وضعيت فعلي بيمار در بخش بستري بيمارستان (توصيفي)و يافتن راهكار در جهت بهبود آن (تحليلي)، اقدام به طراحي يك بخش بستري اعصاب و روان نموده كه در آن بيماران در حين درمان در فضايي زندگي مي كنند كه موجب افزايش احساس آرامش و امنيت آنها مي شود. واژه‌هاي كليدي: بخش اعصاب و روان، سلامت روان، عوامل محيطي، نور طبيعي
