Given the current situation and the lack of funding for development projects, optimizing the employer budget is one of the most important issues. Personnel safety at workshops is a basic principle for work, but of course the cost share has been overshadowed by budget shortages. On the other hand, failure to create a safe environment and consequently accidents will not only result in the loss of staff but also delay the project process and the contractor and employer will suffer financial losses. So there is a need to identify and rank the factors that affect the event first so that we can minimize the disaster by minimally investing in more important factors.
This thesis aims to identify all the factors affecting safety in bridging projects and to rank them using fuzzy Delphi hierarchical analysis to minimize accidents and hazards as well as increase the level of safety in bridge projects.
The project sought to rank these parameters in a categorization system, and in order to determine the importance of the parameters, by reviewing all internationally recognized and recognized sources and identifying and collecting important safety-influencing parameters in bridge projects. To be classified. After identifying the parameters to identify their importance and weighting, fuzzy Delphi hierarchical analysis method was used. Questionnaires were designed and distributed among experts in order to collect the necessary data. The questionnaires consisted of five main sections: Human Factors, Bridge Characteristics, Machinery and Equipment, Environmental Characteristics, and Contractor-Executive Factors, and were completed to complete 30 leading bridging specialists in the country. The completed forms were used for input to the fuzzy Delphi hierarchical analysis method. Finally, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated using SPSS software for reliability and validity of questionnaires. The results show that among the main parameters, human factors are the most important and the most important sub parameter in this category is the psycho-psychological parameter.
