Entrepreneurship is an activity that is recognized by innovations, opportunities and while accepting risks, new socioeconomic value is created in society. Today, the development of social entrepreneurship as a social and humanitarian mission, and one of the solutions to social problems is considered. Entrepreneurial behavior is a planned and intentional behavior, and entrepreneurial intention is the capacity to lead an individual to pursue a job as a self-employed person or to start a new business. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the social entrepreneurship intention of the faculty members of the school of progress engineering of university of science and technology with emphasis on the role of creativity. By reviewing the literature of previous researches, the most important factors influencing the students' social entrepreneurship intention were emphasized on the role of creativity and finalized by experts and experts. Finally, the final questionnaire was provided to experts and experts, and they were asked to determine the impact of each option on the intention of social entrepreneurship. Data analysis was performed using pls3 and spss24 software. According to the results, the attitudes of social entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, creativity, social skills, and ethical commitment have a positive effect on students' entrepreneurship intention. Finally, the analysis of the results, practical and executive suggestions, and suggestions for future university research are presented.
