Abstract:
Due to the evolution of energy in the present century and the need for renewable energies, The
use of wind energy and the establishment of wind power plants is increasingly being developed.
Determining the proper location for wind power plants requires attention to criteria and various
selection factors. In this research, considering the importance of the issue of information
integration, The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) model was selected and
implemented using Expert Choice software and the by GIS software was used for spatial
modeling and data integration and Qazvin Province, in terms of the ability to construct wind
power plants, were divided into five sections: very low, moderate, high, very high. In this
research, while identifying important parameters in the location of wind power plants, the role
and effect of each of the factors have been identified and various maps have been prepared
based on the role and effect of different factors. To integrate maps, the fuzzy model has been
selected and implemented, finally, the analysis of wind data and wind energy obtained in the
region is evaluated and by choosing Lissaman layout, the amount of energy extracted from
wind farms in Qazvin province is estimated.
