چكيده نگاه به مقوله استراتژي از ديرباز براي سازمان ها اهميتي اساسي داشته و كسب مزيت رقابتي در سايه شناخت اهداف استراتژيك و جهت گيري هاي صحيح امكان پذير خواهد بود. امروزه اين نگاه از مرز سازمانها فراتر رفته و زنجيره هاي تامين به عنوان دارايي هاي استراتژيك و عاملي براي كسب اين مزيت به حساب مي آيند. ما در اين تحقيق زنجيره تامين يك صنعت را به عنوان عاملي براي خلق ارزش بيشتر و به طبع آن انتفاع كليه ذي نفعان فعال، در نظر گرفته ايم. با وجود تنوع ديدگاهها و روش ها در بحث استراتژي زنجيره تامين، اهداف شخصي، تمايلات، احساسات، روحيات، تفكرات و ساير عوامل روانشناختي كه بر سيستم اثر گذار است، مورد توجه كافي قرار نگرفته است. از اين رو به روشي نياز است كه بتواند اينگونه مسائل پيچيده و بد تعريف را ساختاردهي كرده و استراتژي هاي قابل اجرا را تعيين نمايد. با بررسي ادبيات مربوط به متدولوژي توسعه و تحليل گزينه هاي استراتژيك (SODA) مشخص گرديد كه اين روش از طريق مشاركت ذي نفعان و مالكان زنجيره تامين، قابليت ساختاردهي به اينگونه مسائل را دارا بوده و با ايجاد درك گروهي از وضعيت، استراتژي هاي پيشنهادي و مورد توافق اعضا را ارائه مي دهد. دليل انتخاب صنعت كشت قارچ، آشنايي نسبي محقق با اين صنعت، وجود مشكلات متعدد، وجود پناتسيل هاي بالا در بحث اقتصادي و اشتغال و همچنين ارتباط آن با شرايط زيست محيطي و سلامت جامعه، مي باشد. شفافيت مراحل و مشاركت اعضا باعث ايجاد تعهد آنان بعنوان مجريان استراتژي شده و قابليت اجراي استراتژي ها را بالا مي برد. اين تحقيق از نوع كيفي بوده و با هدف نمايش كاربرد ابزار تفكر سيستمي نرم در توسعه استراتژي هاي زنجيره هاي تامين و در حالت كلي، سيستم هايي با ذي نفعان متعدد، انجام شده است. پس از مصاحبه با خبرگان (ذي نفعان) زنجيره تامين قارچ و ايجاد نقشه هاي شناختي و بدنبال آن ايجاد نقشه استراتژيك، به تحليل آن و ارائه استراتژي هاي مورد توافق اعضا در سطوح مختلف زنجيره تامين صنعت قارچ خوراكي، پرداخته شده است. اين استراتژي هاي پيشنهادي مواردي هستند كه ميان افراد شركت كننده در تحقيق بر روي آنها توافق نسبي وجود دارد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان دهنده كاربرد موثر روش SODA در يكپارچه كردن استراتژي ها در سطوح كلان زنجيره تامين مي باشد، همچنين ارزش اين تحقيق مواردي همچون سهولت پياده سازي، سهولت پايش، ارائه استراتژي هاي تركيبي، بُعد اقتصادي، اشتغال و زيست محيطي را در بر مي گيرد. در آخر نيز پيشنهاد براي تحقيقات آتي ارائه شده است. واژه‌هاي كليدي: استراتژي زنجيره تامين، زنجيره تامين صنعت كشت قارچ خوراكي، يكپارچه سازي اهداف استراتژيك، متدولوژي توسعه و تحليل گزينه هاي استراتژيك (SODA)

Supply Chain Strategies Development in the mushroom industry using the SODA methodology

For long, the strategy has been significantly important for organizations and gaining competitive advantage in terms of recognizing strategic goals and correct orientations will be possible. Today, this approach goes beyond the boundaries of organizations, and supply chains are considered as strategic assets and a factor to attain the advantage. Here, we will consider the supply chain of an industry as a factor in creating more value and thus the benefit of all stakeholders. Despite the diversity of views and methods in supply chain strategy topic, personal goals, tendencies, feelings, morale, thoughts and other psychological factors which affect the system have not been sufficiently considered. Hence, a method is needed to construct such complex definitions which are not defined properly and determine the applicable strategies. To achieve this, by exploring the literature on the Strategic Options Development and Analysis Methodology (SODA), it has been shown that this method, through stakeholders' participation and supply chain owners, has the capability to structure such issues and by creating a group understanding of the situation presents Proposed and agreed strategies of the members. The reasons for selecting the mushroom industry can be counted as the relative familiarity of the researcher with the mushroom industry, the existence of multiple problems, the existence of high potentialities in the economic and employment debate, as well as its relation with environmental conditions and community health. The transparency of the processes and the participation of the members cause their commitment as the executives of the strategies and increases the capability of implementing the strategies. This qualitative research was aimed at demonstrating the application of soft system thinking tools in developing the strategic objectives of supply chains and in general, systems with multiple stakeholders. After interviewing with the experts (stakeholders) of the mushroom supply chain and creating cognitive maps, followed by the creation of a strategic map, the analysis and the presentation of agreed strategies of the members at various levels of the mushroom supply chain is carried out. There are relative agreements among the participants of the research regarding the proposed strategies. The results of this study indicate that SODA is an effective way of integrating strategies at the macro level of the supply chain, also the value of this research includes ease of implementation, ease of evaluation, presenting collaborative strategies, economic dimension, employment, and the environment.
