بررسي تأثير وضوح بر عملكرد زنجيره تأمين؛ مطالعه موردي چند شركت عمراني منتخب

در ساليان اخير چه در كلام مسئولان و چه در مطالبات عمومي واژه‌هاي شفافيت و وضوح بسيار برجسته بوده است؛ اما اين مفاهيم علاوه بر جنبه عمومي داراي جنبه‌هاي فني و تخصصي است كه در تلاقي با علوم مختلف داراي كاربردها و معاني متفاوتي مي‌گردد. علي‌رغم تأكيد فراوان به اهميت اين مفاهيم در مراجع علمي، در تحقيقات داخلي نشاني از توجه به آن‌ها ديده نمي‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي تأثير وضوح و شفافيت بر عملكرد زنجيره تأمين در صنعت ساختمان پرداخته شده است. علت انتخاب صنعت ساختمان جهت توسعه مدل پيوندهاي پيشين و پسين بسيار بالاي آن با ساير صنايع و كسب و كارهاست كه موجب مي‌شود كاربرد مديريت زنجيره تأمين در آن برجسته باشد. براي اين منظور ابتدا مطالعه‌ي ادبيات موضوع به منظور فهم چيستي اين پديده صورت گرفته، پس از آن جهت توسعه‌ ابعاد وضوح و عملكرد زنجيره‌ تأمين و ايجاد يك مدل اقدام به مصاحبه با خبرگان اين صنعت شده است. در گام بعد جهت تكميل و صحت سنجي مدل از روش مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري استفاده شده است؛ براي اين منظور پرسشنامه‌هايي توسط افراد داراي تجربه در شركت‌هاي عمراني و آشنا با مفهوم زنجيره‌ تأمين تكميل گرديده است. نهايتاً ضمن طراحي مدلي مشتمل بر ابعاد اساسي وضوح و عملكرد زنجيره‌ تأمين در صنعت ساختمان، تأثير مثبت وضوح بر عملكرد زنجيره‌ تأمين مورد تأييد قرار گرفت.

Survey the effect of visibility on supply chain performance. Case study: a number of construction compan

During the past years, transparency and visibility have been emphasized by the people and the authorities. These concepts include technical aspects that have different meanings and functions when they come into contact with each other. Although these concepts have been studied in scientific references, they haven’t been emphasized in Iran. The present study aims to investigate the effect of transparency and visibility on the supply chain of building industry. The building industry has been chosen due to the fact that it has various connections with other businesses and industries; that’s why the value chain becomes more and more important in this study. To do so, the literature has been reviewed in order to understand the nature of this phenomenon. Then, we conducted interviews with experts to develop the aspects of transparency and visibility and create an explanatory model. The next step was followed by Structural equation modeling to complete and evaluate the model. To do so, a certain number of questionnaires were filled in by some experts who were experienced in construction companies and familiar with the supply chain. Finally, a model including essential aspects of visibility and supply chain was designed and the positive impact of visibility on the supply chain was emphasized
