ناباروري هميشه از دغدغه هاي اصلي پزشكي و اجتماعي بوده و يك رويداد اضطراب آور در زندگي مي باشد. با توجه به اينكه يكي از دلايل اصلي براي سرباز زدن افراد از درمان ناباروري و پي گيري آن، تنيدگي هيجاني بوده بنابراين قسمتي از مشكلات مقابله با ناباروري ايجاد محيط آرام با حداقل استرس و حملات عصبي مي‌باشد. لذا هدف از رساله حاضر دست يابي و استخراج عوامل محيطي در كاهش اين تنيدگي در بين خانم هاي تحت درمان ناباروري مي باشد. در اين رساله از روش تحقيق تركيبي استفاده گرديده است كه مشتمل بر روش تحليلي كيفي محتواي ادبيات علمي موجود در زمينه هاي درمان ناباروري ، ايجاد محيط حمايت كننده و راهكار هاي كاهش تنيدگي هيجاني بوده و روش كمي بر اساس نظريه بازگشت تمركز ذهني بيمار بصورت ارادي و غير ارادي مي باشد. در همين راستا مطالعات اين رساله در دو مسير ساختاردهي شده است. بخش اول شامل تجزيه و تحليل ادبيات موضوع عوامل موثر در ايجاد هيجانات در بيماران و رو ش هاي مقابله با آن ، ايجاد محيط حمايت كننده بر اساس مشكلات موجود ، طراحي بهينه فضا در راستاس كاهش اضطراب، افسردگي و ايجاد تمركز ذهني مثبت تبين گرديده و بخش دوم پرسشنامه اي بر پايه مطالعات صورت گرفته جهت استخراج نظرات و ترجيحات محيطي بيماران در سه بخش عمده، ايجاد آمادگي ذهني قبل از عمل، اقدامات كاهش استرس قبل از عمل، طراحي بهينه محيط درمانگاه كه تاثيرات مهمي بر مبارزه با اضطراب ناشي از درمان و بهبود شرايط پزشكي بيمار به طور مستقيم و غير مستقيم داشته است تهيه گرديد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه پرسنل شاغل در"مركز تحصصي باروري ناباروري پيام" بيمارستان پيامبران و بيماران و همراهان بيماران مراجعه كننده به اين مركز بدون در نظر گرفتن ميزان تحصيلات آن ها مي باشديافته هاي اين پژوهش توسط نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليلي آماري قرارگرفته و اولويت خواسته ها و ترجيحات محيطي متصرفان مركز درماني، استخراج گرديده و نهايتاً اين مطالعات و نتايج تحقيقات كه حمايت معنوي توسط همسر بيمار و افزاايش روابط اجتماعي را فاكتور اصلي ايجاد محيط حمايت كننده و موجب كاهش تنيدگي هيجاني بيمار معرفي نمونده است، را سنگ بنا و شالوده طراحي مركز درمان ناباروري با رويكرد محيط حمايت كننده قرارداده و در طراحي مركز ناباروري موضوع اين پايان نامه به كار بسته شده است.

Tehran "In Vitro Fertilization" center with supportive environment approach

Infertility has always been one of the main concern of medical and social sciences and is considered as a distressing episode of life. Bearing in mind that one of the foremost reasons for holding off the infertile people from the treatment of infertility and its follow-up seems to be an emotional stress; as a result, a part of problem in coping with infertility would be forming a comfortable environment with minimal stress and nervous attacks. The purpose of this thesis is to achieve and obtain those environmental factors minimizing this sort of stress among women, being under fertility treatment. In this thesis, a sort of combined research method has been applied that consists of a qualitative analytical method on the content of scientific literature existing in fields of infertility treatment , the creation of supportive environment and tactics for the reduction of emotional stress and a quantitative method on the theory of patient’s mental concentration overhaul , voluntarily and Involuntary. Keeping in parallel, the studies of this thesis have got designed in two ways. The first part includes the analysis of subject literature on factors affecting the creation of emotional stresses in patients and the defensive methods to be dealt with, the creation of a supportive environment on the basis of the existing problems, the optimum design of environment to reduce anxiety, depression, and to form a positive mental concentration. And the second part of questionnaire has also been developed on the basis of studies performed to extract the patients’ observations and environmental preferences in three principal areas: preoperative mental preparation, preoperative stress reduction measures and the optimal design of the clinic environment which has directly and indirectly the significant effects on combating anxiety caused by treatment and revitalization of the patient’s medical condition. The statistical population of this research comprises of all staff employed in “Payam fertility – infertility specialized center “, located in Payambaran hospital and patients and their accompanying relatives, regardless of their educational degrees. The findings of this survey have been analyzed statistically by SPSS software application and the demands and environmental preferences of medical center proprietor have also been extracted And at last, these studies and the research results have introduced both the spiritual support of patient’s couple and social relationships as the principal factor to the creation of a supportive environment as well as the reduction of patient’s emotional stress which establish the foundation stone of designing this infertility treatment center with an inclination to the supportive environment and has also been applied to the design of this infertility treatment center , proposed in this thesis.
