با توجه به رشد روزافزون جمعيت و صنعتي شدن جوامع و ناديده گرفته شدن بعد رواني واجتماعي مردم و كيفيات زندگي آن¬ها، اهميت اوقات فراغت و نحوه گذران آن همواره مورد توجه برنامه ريزان شهري قرار گرفته است. اين صنعتي شدن همواره بر روي نحوه اوقات فراغت تاثيرگذار بوده است.در تحقيقات اخير فعل و رفتار خريدن و حضور در فضاي سبز از مهم¬ترين بعدهاي اوقات فراغت مطرح شده¬است. اوقات فراغت در رفاه ذهني و حالات رواني افراد جامعه و در نتيجه اعتلاي فرهنگي جامعه بسيارمؤثر است. از اين رو كيفيات و جذابيت محيطي اوقات فراغت از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. ارزش¬هاي بصري يكي از مهم¬ترين بخش¬ها در كيفيات محيطي محسوب مي¬شودكه عامل تضعيف و تقويت حس مكان و تعلق خاطر افراد به محيط اطراف خود مي¬شود. در اين پژوهش با ارتقاء ويژگي¬هاي محيطي از طريق المان¬هاي طبيعي و انسان ساخت در طراحي باغ بوتيك سعي در رضايت جوانان از فضاي مذكور و افزايش جذابيت آن شده-است. آگاهي از ترجيحات جوانان از طريق پرسشنامه¬هاي تصويري و شبيه سازي محيط صورت گرفته¬است و اهميت نسبي ومطلوبيت اين سطوح و ويژگي¬ها با در نظر گرفتن اثر تعاملي آن¬ها بر يكديگر از طريق تحليل متقارن محاسبه شده است. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه المان¬هاي انسان¬ساخت نسبت به المان¬هاي طبيعي و به ترتيب شكل، جهت ديد، اندازه، مصالح، آب، گياه و بافت كلي در ترجيحات جوانان مطلوبيت نسبي بيشتري دارد و همچنين درادامه از طريق آزمون واريانس يك راهه وجود ارتباط بين ويژگي¬هاي جمعيت شناختي و به دليل ابعاد وسيع اين ويژگي¬ها در پژوهش مورد نظر، تنها ويژگي سن و ارتباطش با محيط طبيعي و انسان¬ساخت مورد بررسي قرار¬گرفته¬است . نتايج حاكي از ارتباط معنادار سن و طبيعت است كه در ادامه از طريق آزمون تعقيبي توكي اين معناداري بيانگر همسوبودن اين ارتباط است. به اين معني كه با افزايش سن ميل به طبيعت نيز افزايش مي¬يابد.

Designing the boutigue garden with the approach of Popular preferences Of built and natural environment with conjoint analysis

Due to the growing population and industrialization of societies and the disregard for the social and psychological dimension of people and their quality of life, the importance of leisure time and how it is spent has always been of interest to urban planners. This industrialization has always had an impact on leisure. Recent research into the behavior of shopping and being in the green space has been one of the most important leisure later. Leisure time is very effective in the mental well-being and mental states of individuals in the community and therefore in the cultural excellence of society. So the quality and attractiveness of the leisure environment is of great importance. Visual values are one of the most important parts of environmental quality that weaken and reinforce people's sense of place and belonging to their surroundings. In this research, tried to satisfy the youth of this space and increase its attractiveness by promoting environmental characteristics through natural and man-made elements in the design of the boutique garden and tried to find popular Interference Priorities. Knowledge of youth preferences through visual and environmental questionnaires. have been calculated of The relative importance by considering their interactive effect on each other through conjoint analysis. The results show that the man-made elements are more favorable in the youth preferences than the natural ones, in terms of shape, size, material, water, plant and texture, respectively. The following study examines the relationship between age and tendency to the natural environment and man-made by one-way ANOVA. The results indicate a significant relationship between age and nature, which is then correlated with Tukey's post hoc test.
