Startup accelerators are a new entrepreneurial support model that speeds up the growth of emerging companies by providing specialized consulting services, networking opportunities, and attracting investment for growth-based businesses.After the launch of the first start-up accelerator in the United States in 2005, accelerating growth rates in the world are fast. The comprehensive performance assessment of these accelerators will not only clarify the relative success of this new supportive model, but also help Iranian accelerators in modeling the performance of the world's best accelerators, and help entrepreneurs and startups also identify and select the best acceleration program They do.Therefore, in this paper, our goal is to measure the performance of American accelerators by using data envelopment analysis with an ideal planning approach. Inputs include the number of coaches, the number of startups, the amount of investment in each startup and the total startups, and the accelerator stocks per startup.Outputs also include exit count, total withdrawal, and increased investment.The final results and comparisons with the Startup Accelerator Ratings (SARP) project, as the only evaluation of the performance of accelerators in the world, reveal many differences that often result from the SARP project taking into account only the accelerator output But we use the DEA method to measure the efficiency of the output-to-input ratio as the evaluation criterion.
