The statistical population of the study consists of experts and experts from two sectors of flour making machinery industry in Iran and Syria that were selected through purposive sampling. In order to achieve the research objective, first by studying the research background, important and effective measures on reverse logistics and remanufacturing were identified [1]. Reverse logistics as the main infrastructure needed for product collection and recycling at the end of its life cycle. [2] To date, numerous studies and reviews of reverse logistics have been conducted by academic researchers and industry practitioners. among the most important factors that have made university and industry attractive in the use of reverse planning, implementation, and logistics control are consumer awareness and the importance of their social responsibility to the environment, as well as the cost savings resulting from their profitability Is industry. The increasing development of competitive environment and the globalization of environmental concerns have led organizations to make a significant effort to survive, reproduce and recycle their products. Therefore, reverse logistics and end-of-life management of products are considered as an important requirement.Designing product recovery networks is one of the important issues discussed in reverse logistics. The laws adopted by governments to reduce waste make the reverse search procedure more important. [3] Increased competition due to globalization and rapid technological advances have led organizations to improve supply chain efficiency [4]. Increasing efficiency in reverse logistics processes, such as recovering recyclables or disposing of finished products with minimal environmental impact, is one of the ways companies try to maintain or increase market share by competing.Today, remanufacturing is one of the most important reverse logistics areas with two main advantages, one being economically cost-effective resulting in waste reduction and ultimately environmental protection and the other resulting in increased profits through reduced material costs, Energy, labor, time and many other factors affect the price of the finished product. As a result, the most important factor is the competition between a major producer and a re-generator of economic profitability. In this study, we attempted to illustrate and illustrate the competition between a major producer and a re-producer in the production of machinery for the flour mill production line focusing on the roller mill machine.That is, reverse logistics and closed loop remanufacturing are all operations performed at the customer's flour factory. In the first phase, the customer is requested to visit the Waltz machine and all inspections are carried out at the end of the production process in the closed loop to the customer. As a result, the profit generated by the remanufacturing will be higher than the first stage and the customer will be served in less time. Following on from the results, it is important to enter the market and gain a significant share of customer needs, which requires a competitive game between competitors.That is, by game theory, zero sum games considering price preferences, employer satisfaction, political stability, economic stability, and business stability to respond optimally to a competitor in order to gain the largest market share of the Syrian market in the mill industry. The current example of a production line contract is for a 300-ton factory in Aleppo.
