Today's banking and competitive industry, it is crucial to make the decision to launch new facilities and if not paid attention will lead to heavy costs. ATMs are one of the most important facilities in the banking industry that choosing the optimal location for this facility is very important given the competitive market and if the right decision is not made, it will cost a lot. This study presents two mathematical models the first model is for locating ATMs, the second is the cash management of these branches. The location model is presented to minimize the cost of deploying and maximize ATM coverage, to increase the bank's share of competition with other banks and to increase ATM revenue. Then, according to the location of the new facility, a model for facility refurbishment planning is presented to minimize the cost of refurbishing these units and the amount of greenhouse gas emissions by vehicles. Costs included in this plan include transportation costs, cash deposits, deficiency costs, and treasury costs. The presented models are solved as a case study for all the seven districts of Tehran. After solving the obtained results are analyzed.
