The IT market is a risky yet growing market. But to be successful in this market and to be productive in its investment, one must be cautious. There are many factors contributing to the success and failure of the IT market. A brand is credited with gaining customer satisfaction, and that satisfaction depends on many factors. If we want to look at all the factors that influence end-customer satisfaction and ultimately the success of a brand, we have to look at the main source. When it comes to imports, choosing the right supplier that is quality and trustworthy can be the first step. Then ordering and the appropriate order quantity which helps in timing to meet market demand as well as the right quantity to prevent lost or missing order, shipping time, order clearance and customs issues, warehousing and product distribution, and Of course, cost-effectiveness in the final price of a product that is effective in branding. One of the best ways to compete is taking care of logistics issues . This approach will be enhanced by the redevelopment of the supply chain, which will provide a source of raw materials. having an integrated supply chain including logistics flows can bring us an admirable performance . Therefore, in this study, three issues of distribution center communication, allocation of streams for each product and quantities of goods sent from each product are addressed. In this model, transactions between different levels of the supply chain including suppliers, outsourcing and distribution to the end customer are discussed. In order to deal with uncertainties in exchange rate parameters, transportation costs and demand quantity, a fuzzy constrained fuzzy programming model is presented. According to the mathematical model evaluation, the company profits increased by 20% and the distribution time of the products decreased by 12%.
