Today, maintenance management means the combination of all technical and operational measures to keep the structure in good working order and good operation, and also for reasons such as reducing energy consumption, increasing the useful life of the structure, improving equipment efficiency and reducing costs. Knowledge is one of the important issues of the day. The purpose of this research is to study the level of maturity of maintenance management culture among project-based employers in Yazd province. In this study, using a field method and an unbiased questionnaire among 20 state and governmental centers - Public and private, then collecting 15 questionnaires from these centers and extracting passes in order to convert the initial data from the questionnaires into descriptive mode, the descriptive method was applied using SPSS software. The results of the analysis among the 15 major centers of Yazd province showed that the level of maturity of the management culture in the state centers includes 5 centers; 40 percent at poor level, 20 percent at moderate level and 40 percent in good level. In public-private centers, which include 6 centers, 16.7 percent at poor level, 50 percent in medium level and 33 percent in good level. And eventually in private centers, which include 4 centers, 50% at a good level and 50% in the middle level; which suggests that private centers have had better status than decentralized and public-private ones.
